If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order or part of it, within 10 days from the order delivery date.
REFUND CONDITIONS
- Returns are only accepted if the product is unused and in its original condition and packaging.
- Returns must be made in accordance with the procedure detailed below.
- In case of unauthorized or unacceptable returns, VK NANO has the right to refuse the return and the products will be returned to the original order shipping address.
RETURN PROCEDURE
Step 1:
Before any return, please contact our customer service team at (+30) 2311246130 (Monday-Friday 9:00am- 4pm) or via e-mail at info@vknano.gr .
Step 2:
Pack the product in the packaging that was sent to you, to avoid damage during transport. Please include this Consignment Note. The products must be returned in the original condition and you must ensure that the products have not been opened, altered or used.
Step 3:
Our customer service team will arrange for the courier to come and collect the package and return it to our warehouse. You will not be asked to pay a shipping fee.

REFUND
As long as the return process is completed correctly and the return conditions are met, as described above, our company is obliged to refund your money within 14 days of the return of the product to our company.
- Your refund will be made as follows:
To the bank account you have sent to us by email, in case the payment of the order has been made by cash on delivery. We will send you a notification email when the refund is made. Please note the cost of the cash on delivery service, which is €2.23, is non-refundable.
- To your debit / credit card, in case you have made an online purchase by card.
- In your Paypal account, in case the payment has been made through Paypal.
- In your payment bank account via e-banking, in case the payment has been made via the IRIS online payments service.
The time to see the funds in your account can vary and is determined by the issuing bank. Please contact your bank for more details.
COSTS OF RETURNS
If the return is for reasons other than product defects, shortages or errors in delivery, you must bear the cost of shipping the products back to us. For returns that will be made with the cooperating courier company, after consultation with the Customer Service department, the return cost is set at €3.72 (this amount may be modified according to the courier company’s policy that applies from time to time).The above amount will not be paid to the courier who will come to collect the products, but will be withheld from the final amount to be returned to you. If you choose to use another return method, you will have to directly pay the cost of shipping the products to our warehouse yourself.
Delivery and charges for products not sent via our partner couriers are the responsibility of the customer.
However you choose to return your package, please keep the receipt with the tracking number to secure their delivery in the unfortunate event that we do not receive the returned parcel. We cannot accept responsibility for packages lost in transit.
POSSIBILITY OF CHANGING PRODUCTS
No changes are made. In case you wish to change any product(s), you should follow the Returns Procedure as described above and then submit a new order with the desired products.
GIFT PRODUCTS RETURNS
Product exchanges are not accepted. If you wish to return a gift, then the person who made the purchase should follow the Returns process as described above and they will also be the recipient of the refund.
WORN PRODUCTS RETURNS
When you receive your order, please check the box for any damage that may have occurred in transit. It is normal for the shipping box to be damaged, however if you notice damage to the products in your order, please keep the box, packing materials and contents and contact us as soon as possible on (+30) 2311246130.
