The shipments are carried out through a courier company nationwide. No shipments are made outside Greece.
– Free shipping for orders over €99.
– Shipping costs €3.72 for orders under €99.
In case of Cash on delivery, the additional fee is €2.23
– Shipments to land destinations and major urban centers are made within 1-3 working days.
– Shipments to island destinations are made within 1-3 business days.
– Dispatches to remote/hard-to-reach areas take 1-7 business days.
* During the period of sales and special offers, the delivery time may be increased due to an increased volume of deliveries
ORDER STAGE & SHIPPING PROCESS TRACKING
When the order is shipped, you will receive an informative email, which will include the shipping number, as well as instructions to track the progress of your package.
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the next business day.

We are currently unable to accept orders sent to destinations outside of Greece.
Maximum Purchase Policy
Each order cannot include more than 3 pieces of the same code and 6 pieces in total and its total value cannot exceed €1,200. Orders that do not comply with these restrictions will not be able to be completed. For any question please call us at (+30) 2311246130 or send us an email and we will be happy to serve you. Additionally, we must also limit orders to three (3) per customer, per day.
When the order leaves for shipping you will receive a further notification with shipping details from the partner courier company.
An order or part of it, may be canceled for reasons such as:
* The item(s) are not available.
* Difficulty processing payment details.
* Cannot ship to the address provided.
* The order was submitted twice.
* The order was canceled at the customer’s request.
* The order has exceeded the Maximum Purchases Policy.
